Weight Watchers - Day #3

Well, I think the hard part is over...for now. I didn't have a real breakfast, but did have half of an omelete after getting to Sacramento this morning, and then my bun-less burger for lunch, that I stretched into two parts, since I was 1) running out of time in the restaurant and 2) was very satisfied with only eating half. For dinner, I really did just have a big plate of vegetables from the JFK Terminal 5 "Hot Line," and had I known where I stood earlier, I probably would have gotten some stuffed Basa, but I'm actually quite content now.

My crew and I are going to the airport early for breakfast, so I'm going to figure out what I'm going to get before I go, so I have a good idea of what I can have. I did have 1c of boxed red beans and rice, as suggested on a specific recipe, and it was quoted as only being 5 points per cup, but of course, online, it shows 7. So, in order to be fair, I'm using the higher value, which still keeps me under. Any suggestions will be welcomed!
